Returns & Exchanges

Online Orders

Orders placed through the website are eligible for return for a refund within 14 calendar days of your order being collected or delivered under the terms of the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’. Items should be returned to our store at the below address;

Returned items can be dropped off in store, or should by sent by secure post. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a faulty product where there is a manufacturing fault. Suspected manufacturing faults should be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of product. After delivery, the onus of responsibility for the product remains with the customer until we have received the product back in store. Products should be returned in the condition received, unworn and in the original packaging. Products will be examined for any damage by our jewellers before a refund is approved.

Returns of non-faulty goods will be subject to a processing fee to cover payment processing fees. This will be charged at cost and deducted from the total amount refunded.

In-Store Orders

Orders placed in store are ineligible for refund unless the issue is due to a manufacturing fault or stated otherwise by management. Suspected manufacturing faults should be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of product.

Goods can be exchanged up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase providing they are returned in the condition received, unworn and in the original packaging.

Exemptions

Products are exempt from refund or exchange in the following circumstances;

-          Goods have been returned damaged or worn

-          All earrings are exempt from refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons

-          Bespoke products are exempt from refund or exchange

Items that have been resized or modified in any way by customer request
Engraved items
